Summary:碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩管理學系碩士班 === 107 === This study refers to understanding the current situation of motivation, leisure obstacles and participation behavior of the folk dance participants, and analyzes the background characteristics of participation motivation, leisure obstacles and participation behavior differences, and then discusses participation motivation and leisure obstacles. Correlation with the three involved behaviors. In this study, we facilitated the sampling and snowballing methods, and distributed the questionnaires on the participation behavior, participation motivation and obstacles of the folk dance participants. A total of 316 valid questionnaires and 303 valid questionnaires were collected. After processing and analyzing the questionnaire data, the results are as follows: (1) There are significant differences in the motivations of participants in different marital status and whether there are children, occupations and average monthly income; (2) Different ages, living areas, marital status and whether there are There were significant differences in the barriers between the children and the participants in the average monthly income; (3) significant differences in the participation of participants of different ages, areas of residence, occupation, average monthly income and dancing age; (4) participants of the folk dance There was a significant negative correlation between learning, physiology and achievement motivation and personal intrinsic hindrance, and learning motivation and structural hindrance; (5) Participants with moderate participation motivation had significant differences in barrier factors and participation. The research suggests that the folk dance promotion group should pay attention to the distribution of the event area, and the planning of the activity content can be graded according to age and physical ability, so that participants are not limited by time and space. It is also possible to increase the participation of the event by teaching the importance of leisure to the importance of personal life, or by converting the content of the activity, and by strengthening time management.
