Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 劇場設計學系碩士班 === 107 === The subject of this thesis is about connecting the scenography by analyzing the artistry of Installation, and integrating it into the theater space creating process. With discussing the relationship among the participant, space, works and fields, therefore we can think about how to create a new experience for the audience in the contemporary theater. “Self-accusation”, as one of Peter Handke’s Sprechstuecke, is a way of marking its difference from more traditional plays. Taking the designing process of “Self-accusation” as an example, this thesis shows how the designer take the emptiness, one of the space’s characteristic, to create the environment and breakthrough the established boundaries.
Looking back the process and the inspiration, this thesis summarizes the design context of the stage and attempts putting ideas into practice. With the space, created by the designer, that can arouse the memory of the body, the participant can experience their own present moment through physical perception.
