Summary:碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 107 === Human’s lifestyle has been dramatically changed by continuous improvement and innovation of information technology, especially, due to great popularity of mobile network, the business opportunity of mobile payment has become the battlefield where domestic and foreign dealers compete to enter. However, the survey made by Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute (MIC) shows that “the popularizing rate of mobile payment only reached 50.3% in Taiwan in 2018”. How to make mobile payment more popular so that it is more convenient for the public to create higher business value is a topic of urgent concern. On this basis, this study applied importance - satisfaction analysis to discuss the importance and the satisfaction which affect using intention factors of mobile payment, and presented the clustering results of factors in 4 dimensions through quadrantal diagrams. From the study results, “popularizing rate of supports” and “diversification of using locations” are the key factors which users are concerned but still not satisfied. Hence, the government can hereby adjust methods to realize the policy goal which is “the popularizing rate of mobile payment will reach 90% in 2025”. In addition, the dealers can also plan strategies and invest recourses accordingly to seize the business opportunity of “Beep Economy” of NTD one trillion.
