Summary: | 碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 行銷管理系 === 107 === The purpose of employee training is to cultivate professionals and to develop human resources effectively. It is also one of the key factors of consolidating the company's sustainable operation and competitive advantage with its peers. As the government vigorously promotes the enterprise to introduce digital learning, traditional teaching style has gradually been replaced. However, in theservice industry, whether the teaching style and the support of the working environment will affect the effectiveness of employee learning, it is worth of further discussion.
This study has been involved in employee training (including internal and external training) for 20 hours (inclusive) in 2018 (but Not limited to customer service) Enterprise employees as research objects, a total of 300 valid questionnaires were obtained. We have conducted narrative statistics, reliability and validity, linear regression, independent sample t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result of this study indicates:
A.The learning effectiveness of employee training is not affected by the teaching style.
B.Working environment support will affect the learning effectiveness of employee training, especially with the influence of “corporate culture”.
C.The influence of teaching style and working environment support on learning effectiveness has an interactive effect, especially in the case of low support of the working environment, the learning effect of traditional teaching is higher than that of digital learning.
D.Personal background (industry) and working environment support the impact on learning effectiveness, with some interaction effects. The learning effectiveness of employee in the leisure service industry is not affected by the support of the working environment while in other industries maintain a positive correlation.
