Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 分子科學與工程系有機高分子碩士班 === 107 === In this dissertation, we use melamine as the precursor that was calcined to 600℃ to produce graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) by a thermal condensation polymerization method. The product synthesized by this method has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, structural stability and good photochemical properties. It was used for photocatalytic water splitting reaction, due to the band gap of g-C3N4 is around 2.7 eV, which cause it having a certain extent of photocatalytic activity even under the visible light condition.
The processing parameters such as doping different weight percentage of copper and nickel in the pretreatment by a dipping method and applying different sacrificial reagents like glycerol, isopropanol, triethanolamine, sodium sulfate to photocatalytic reaction, were studied for the improving of the hydrogen generation efficiency. As for the instrumental analysis, we have SEM, EDS, XRD, TGA, Solid UV-Vis to analyze the physical characteristics, GC to analyze the photocatalytic efficiency, the hydrogen generation efficiency can be reach amount 453.76μmol/g·h.
