If a dining area provides a barbecue hot pot and other heat sources, in which will affect air-conditioned capacity. This study aims at of air-conditioned capacity rooms used in franchise Chinese restaurants.As a tool of measurement, Daikin heat load calculation software is appliedto comparecalculated result with actual capacity and ventilation, for further discussion and research, the softwarehas been awarded the "Building Air Conditioning Design Simulation Software Verification". The experimental results found that there are too much heat sources in a restaurant kitchen. It is notfeasible to cool down theentire kitchen area,only selected work area. If kitchen area and dining area arelinked, there will be balance issue of exhaust and supplementair. In turn cooling capacity of the dining area will also be affected. Because exhaust air volume discharging the heatedair from indoor, the air-conditionedair is also discharger, resulting in state a negative pressure in the room. In summer, the outdoor air of high temperature will flood in through door seam or the door opening, resulting in a large heat load. Daikinoutdoor air processingunit will be adopted, in which outdoor air will be filtered and treated for cooling. After being cooled the air will be sent to dining area by reducing the pressure difference. After actual measurement without outdoor air processing unit 7276.95 CFM of outdoor, on the other hand, with outdoor air processing unit 512. CFM outdoor air is measured.
