The data obtained from the quesitonnaires is analyzed by descriptive statistics, The data obtained after the test is analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product difference correlation analysis, single sample t test, independent sample t test, single factor anova analysis, post hoc comparison and other statistical methods. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The parents’ motivation to participate was above moderate level. According to SPSS testing, the highest factor was that they participate for egoistic (self-benefitting) motives, then altruistic motives, and the least for social networking. 2.The overall effectiveness of the parenting efficacy of the private elementary schools in Taipei parents was above moderate level.
