Through the interactive operation mode of PhET and the convenience of instant graphic quantitative feedback and online digital tools, students could learn a variety of scientific knowledge from virtual situational experience. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to integrate PhET digital simulation software into the "electrical" and "magnetic" modules of junior high school natural science, to exploring whether it has an impact on students learning achievements, students responsiveness to natural science learning attitudes, and whether there is also an impact on the learning of students of different levels of learning achievement. The study made use of one-group pretest posttest design. The research object is for the students of the ninth grade students from a junior high school in New Taipei city.The six-week teaching experiment is carried out. The research tools used are the ninth grade natural science electromagnetic teaching materials, PhET digital simulation software, and nature. Domain learning achievement test and student learning attitude questionnaire, supplemented by semi-structured interview records. The conclusion of the research results are as follows: 1.The application of PhET digital simulation software into the natural science teaching in junior high school has significantly improved students learning achievements. 2.After using the PhET digital simulation software to integrate into the teaching, students tend to respond positively to the natural science learning attitude. 3.Integrating PhET digital simulation software into junior high school natural science teaching and learning can improve the learning achievements of students of different learning achievement levels. 4.Students from different levels of learning achievement respond positively to the learning attitudes of PhET digital simulation software after integration into the national science teaching.
