| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 互動設計系 === 107 === With the rapid development of information technology and mobile devices, the development of paperless mobile conference APP and the use of Tablet PC can be used to solve the common problems in the traditional meeting, the APP can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the meeting. This study designs and develops the Application according to the user experience architecture. This study uses the pilot study and related literature to summarize and develop several potential functions in the APP. Thus, this study investigates the ease of use, usefulness and the use of attitude and designs an experimental process based on TAM. In the experiments, the participants must have experience in the internal meeting of the information or technology industry, and the conference-oriented design mobile app was not used in their meeting before. After all participants used our mobile paperless conference app to hold their meetings, they have to fill the TAM questionnaire. In the user operation, we observed the user behaviors and interviewed them to understand their use of attitude and collect their suggestions for further improvements. In addition, we evaluate the usability by TAM questionnaire. Furthermore, this study also uses the observation and interview method to obtain qualitative information. The triangular verification can ensure the credibility of the results of this study. The experimental results show that our paperless mobile conferencing applications is supplemented by the tablet APP, which makes users easy to understand the operation without teaching and manuals. In addition, the app can solve problems of traditional conferences, thus improving the efficiency and effectiveness.
