In recent years, Semiconductor, biotechnology and medical technology has been applied for cosmetics industry. Cosmetics industry has gradually turned into a biotechnology industry. It expresses the human dreams and values for beauty and health.   Kalin Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and has been engaged in market development, product innovation and enhancement of service quality for 19 years. Overall, the company operation performance is stable and steady and market target is clear. With the Chinese economic take-off, the Belt and Road policy and the important timing of the ASEAN+6, how to obtain more Japanese resources and to smartly invest in R&D are important to strengthen the competitiveness for a sustainable growth company. Therefore, from the interviews of well-known enterprises in the industry chain top to downstream to summarize the business model of the response to environmental changes, organizational goals, organizational structure, organizational capabilities, product strategy, market strategy, performance management, etc. that can be a reference to draft the company’s growth strategy valuably and refer to the relevant industries and similar companies.
