The lack of an automated and intelligent energy management system leads to serious waste of energy and inefficient operation of equipment. How to effectively reduce the operating costs of the store, effectively improve the efficiency of equipment management in the store and effectively improve the operational performance of the store are the issues that all chain stores face and pay attention to, and they are all closely related to energy management. Therefore, the SaaS model of energy management is an important key to the development of chain stores. This study begins with the second chapter of the literature collection, including chain retail energy management, private cloud services, value chain management and in-depth interviews and other related literature to understand the current development of the relevant topics of this study; and in the third chapter by the chain After analyzing the current situation of the retail industry, the design of the SaaS model is followed by design questions, and through in-depth interviews with experts in the chain industry and experts in the energy field. Then through the analysis of the interview results in Chapter 4, the energy management application of the chain store demand is summarized. The model, and the actual case of the All-China Welfare Center as the empirical evidence of this application model, finally in the fifth chapter to present the research summary and future recommendations. This paper is a research pioneer in the energy management application model of domestic chain stores. It is expected that the research results will attract the attention of chain operators and serve as a reference for the introduction of energy management related programs in the domestic chain retail industry to effectively enhance the competitiveness of the domestic chain retail industry. It can also reduce the waste of domestic energy and make a contribution to green energy and environmental protection. CHEN, MING-KUEN 陳銘崑 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 39 zh-TW
