In the straight line, it can be applied to casting in sand casting, and the mold can be replenished, and the operator can avoid the occurrence of splashing and scalding during the pouring process and avoid inhaling toxic waste gas. This mechanism is highly efficient, safe, simple in design, space-saving and can be accurately poured into tiny apertures. In this study, a 3D model was created by computer-aided drawing software for detailed design, and then the 3D model was observed without interference. Finally, the mechanism simulation was performed to ensure that the motion trajectory reached the desired design goal. The related results of this research were filed for patent application.
