Though youth employment has been a matter of growing concern. This research study incorporates labor market motivations and barriers for youth in Mongolia, through an application of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Under this research three main objectives are attached as follows: 1. To determine opportunities that motivate young people in Mongolian labor market 2. To determine barriers that retard or discourage the youth in Mongolian labor market 3. To define factors that serve as barriers in the entrance of Mongolian labor market in non-working case. A survey approach is used to collect quantitative data from target population in age bracket of 15-34 who are living in Mongolia, not regarding their labor force participation. The data is collected through online questionnaire survey and handouts in paper form. Obtained data from the survey result is analyzed using SPSS. The overall results can be useful in favor of supporting the absorption of young population in the Mongolian labor market by addressing their chaos. Delivering the youth voice, the problems they face and the opportunities that stimulate youth in the field of job market, as well as their aspirations and opinions to the public. Moreover, it can advance efficiency of assistance and service of governmental and non-governmental organizations to support the youth to find their space in the labor market, also would aid value in content of its term for the concern of further policymakers.
