In order to optimize the development strategy for the industry, the author introduces the Balance Scorecard (BSC) for internal resource allocation planning, which is based on the key indicators of BSC's finance, customers, internal processes, learning and growth. And use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the standard indicators, weights and relative weights of each facet, to determine a reasonable and effective integrated selection, ranking, and provide financial industry management team reference. In order to improve the quality performance of each facet of financial technology, we will achieve the FinTech optimization strategy for the financial industry.
