The soul of the kitchen – kitchen fixtures and kitchen appliances,is also flourishing in development in recent years. It is increasingly pursuing space aesthetics and fashion elements together with practical designs. In recent years, not only the materials used and hardware accessories have improved, but also the embedded storage cabinets, stoves, range hoods equipment, …etc. have refined tremendously. Kitchen appliances are dazzling, and there are many breakthroughs in the field of industrial design, so not only focus on the excellent product performance, but also emphasize on their designs and colors. By just putting them in the kitchen would demonstrate the owner's good taste and class. The diversified designs, professionalism and tailor-made kitchen fixtures and appliances are manufactured to suit different consumer tastes and requirements. Taiwan itself has a strong manufacturing capacity, coupled with increasingly mature design talents, making the kitchenware industry a complete industrial chain in Taiwan.   In this research case, Company A has dedicated resources to its R&D, manufacturing, sales and service departments for the European-style kitchen fixture accessories. From the development processes and business models, we could understand the entrepreneurship of the past and the present. From the product development strategy, core competence, target consumers, resources and changes found in business model, these would help to predict the future development of kitchen fixture products. This research is based on the related document collection, the current situation of a case study and interviewing experts in this field, supplemented by SWOT analysis and business model canvas. After the completion of the specific study and carried out thorough discussions, in an attempt to find the best business model for the case.
