The market in Taiwan is saturated with time in nowadays, and step to traditional industry. How to make more competitive during this period and make the company be sustainable development, will need the company to know clearly about their core competencies and to stay on top of the new market trend. This dissertation is discussing the situation of Taiwan kitchenware industry by using the literatures and to understanding the business model of the cast study company by in-depth interview.
This dissertation analyzed the Taiwan kitchenware industry and the cast study company by using the analyses of PEST, SWOT, whitespace, C2B and Jiugongge, and generalized the business model of the cast study company. Expect the company can create more new products that are multifarious and differentiate. What’s more, to also make good use of their resources and technology, continue to produce the outstanding products.
