detection. In the inspection process, some angles and planes cannot be projected and
detected. It needs to be done by manual matching. Such detection will have a lot of labor
costs and time-consuming. In order to improve this situation, we use (using optical
inspection technology for precision screw detection) to improve all inspection processes,
increase productivity, and reduce labor and human error.
This study uses optical vision interpretation screws to correct and correct the dimensional
tolerances caused by tool wear during machining, reducing the unnecessary consumption
of production and the output of defective products
