The results show that (1) the elder staffs have more degrees of the job satisfaction and less stress perception (2) the staffs with master degree have more Type A behavior characteristic (3) the staffs with more job tenure have less stress perception (4) the staffs with management responsibility have more degrees of the job satisfaction.
