The research chose the occupational stress indicator(OSI) as the medium to analyze the degrees of public relationships amongst (1) job satisfaction (2) the state of health (3) Type A behavior (4) job control (5) stress perception. The results show that (1) the elder staffs have more degrees of the job satisfaction and less stress perception (2) the staffs with master degree have more Type A behavior characteristic (3) the staffs with more job tenure have less stress perception (4) the staffs with management responsibility have more degrees of the job satisfaction. The reasons caused occupational stress are (1) overload missions (2) improperly leading style.
