Especially in the well developed advancement of semiconductor manufacturing and wireless communication technologies, make more applied in daily life. However, well developed of IoT make WSN be widely discussed. The wireless sensor network is composed of sensing nodes. In reality, nodes are small in size and low in cost, and it has advantages of adaptability and fault tolerance. With the wireless sensing unit, many scenes that can’t be wiring is benefited to use. To select a proper cluster head in mobile sensor network that is in the limit energy, most of research use node residual energy, speed and pause time as fuzzy engine system input. But most of them just consider the node before it become a cluster head. Seldom of them consider the node after it as a cluster head. In this paper, based on the low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) ,and join the fuzzy logic inference mechanism. This paper use not only node speed and pause time but use expected residual energy to select a appreciate cluster in mobile sensor network. Through fuzzy logic inference output to make the best choice of CH and hope the lifetime can be prolong.
