In the thesis, a three level phase-shift controlled converter has been designed and implemented using UCC3895. The specifications of this converter are as follow: input voltage 400 V/DC, output voltage 48 V/DC, output current 10 A, output power 480 W, and switching frequency 120 kHz. The experimental result show that the peak efficiency is 90.71% at maximum load when resonant inductance is 35 H, and the efficiency is 78.34% under 1A load condition.
