It also prompts the counterfeit market that caused disputes in the transaction. This study proposes to integrate the decentralization and incorruptible characteristics of the block-chain technology with service design to propose an innovative service model for the authenticity verification of high-end products, and develop a prototype to promote commodity authenticity verification. In the end, the study use kano’s model to evaluate creative service In the pilot stage, the study by targeting ‘authenticity verification’ through a cross-discipline design workshop that used POEMS (People, Object, Environment, Message, Service) system as a design method to image the application area in authenticity verification. At last, the study decided to apply ‘boutique commodities authenticity verification’ as a research development on the next stage of service scenario under the structure of the decentralized application. After the analysis of the pilot stage, the study was aimed at the analysis on the current counterfeit industry and block-chain development tendency, The main axis of the overall architecture is centered around the service design. The study included three phases.At first, the study had conducted a user interview to define persona , and found the core service need and to provide the creative planning of user journey map and service blueprint ; Second, the study applied two-directional questionnaire of Kano’s model to analyze the Macro and Micro perspectives in the service function, which targeted at the interactive scenario design of the creative prototype, and also took gender analysis and user’s level of satisfaction into consideration, furthermore, to complete the evaluation on overall scenario and service function application, the research had applied QFD House of Quality analysis to prioritize the importance of service functions; Third, the analysis result from the aforementioned has reached a conclusion in decentralized application.This is the prototype of the ‘FakeOut’ that an innovative service design based on blockchain technology for authenticity verification of boutique commodity. This study takes the sneakers industry as an example to evaluate user experience , understanding user needs, level of satisfaction and experience design, that had explored the overall service mechanism and the of development value. The results show a solution to improve the performance of commodity authenticity verification effectively. By evaluating the user experience in ‘FakeOut’ prototype .The conclusion above could serve as a reference to the business organization for future development in luxury commodities authenticity verification service scenario, and also provide as an academic reference to discuss the potential function requirement of overall service process.
