More and more organizations and enterprises make the choice on changing application service into the virtual machine, not at all the physical one. In this way become popular at this moment, cloud resource operation and query should be used conveniently by cloud manager. If the monitor and management equally be operated by manager, there will not be the appropriate treatment occuring, it will not confirm the service in high quality for processing the amount of data with cloud platform as well.
Therefore, this paper puts forward to a set of cloud management system based on OpenStack, which provide a convenient page for resource query and operation. At the same time, because of automatic monitor, managing the running status of virtual machine, and the behavior in hardware resource(CPU、Memory), all of these will make the virtual machine work in automated configuration depending on the present workload, also continue to run, speed up working time and slow down the resource waste and increase the usage rate in virtual machine hardware resource(CPU、Memory) falling short of the setting threshold value. System can eliminate the virtual machine with detected abnormal status as well and return it into the normal. All the virtual machine in cloud platform continually provide service, achieve to cloud load balancing to avoid the serve load being high when a mass of data is uploaded to the cloud.
