The problem facing the financial industry today is the era of small profits. The investment public is increasingly demanding financial management. It is necessary to continuously strengthen the wealth management business to meet customer needs. The financial commissioner is the most important bridge between the bank and the client. In this study, 51 people who received the award-winning financial management in 2017, using the questionnaire to be tested, filled out the direct supervisor, and recovered 50 valid samples, the recovery rate reached 100%. Data analysis was performed through Excel hub analysis. The study found that the five personality traits excluding neuroticism, the rest extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness all have positive influence on working and scheme performance.
