This research will help the store to select addresses more accurately through AR/VR technology at a low cost, response to the development of AR/VR and 5G technology, it seems more feasible. This research use Android system to develop an easy and intuitive application, allowing users to experience virtual stores in conjunction with external environmental factors in the physical location, The user experience data is collected by questionnaire, and the results of the questionnaire analysis show how AR and VR can help the store to select the site.
