Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 車輛工程系 === 107 === This study focuses on the design of the motor matching controller for wireless Long Range (LoRa) communication and hybrid power, which based on the previous generation of multi-functional mini loaders. In terms of communication, a channel conversion mechanism is established based on the received signal strength indication, center frequency and sensitivity. LoRa wireless network consists of long-distance and robust communication transmission, which will be extended to the construction industry and road transport materials in dangerous areas. In the aspect of controller hardware, fuzzy controller by Texas Instruments C2000 series F28027 improve not only the problems of constant power output but also motor starter of the previous generation of hybrid power, and provide conserving energy and stable hybrid power, according to the corresponding speed and torque. The feedback strategy of the hydraulic system is complete, which is self-made valve driver circuit board with controller, which is user-friendly. The experimental validation show that the wireless multi-functional mini loader has completed the development of wireless function and power controller, and verify the loader to achieve the desired goal of this study.
