In the past, it has been through the relationship between traditional neighborhoods and human relationships to complete the funeral. Later, there was an industry that specializes in funeral services. It is known as the etiquette service industry. However, due to the low barriers to entry of the etiquette service industry, it has also resulted in a large number of small, family-style etiquette service providers (mainly due to funeral services). On the other hand, due to factors such as laws and regulations, capital scale and management technology, the threshold for entering the funeral facilities industry is high, and it is easy to form a regional oligopoly. The results of the analysis show that the majority of traditional funeral institutions will be declining and face elimination. However, the funeral facilities operators still have the bargaining power in the face of consumers. However, through the discussion of key success factors, business operators need to understand that there are different key success factors in different periods, and they cannot adhere to the existing successful methods, so that they cannot face future challenges. Must have a forward-looking vision and a change in the intention and execution. Therefore, in the face of the Internet era and the approaching elderly society, corporate strategy thinking must be more flexible, broader and more forward-looking. Therefore, from the concept of diversification and vertical integration, the description of Internet use, trends and network effects, the platform strategy and the concept of multilateral enterprises, and the thinking of the platform business model, then the discussion of the sharing economy is to separate the funeral industry from the existing industry. The framework and thinking of the value chain can use the innovative management concept and the use of the Internet to greet the era of digital platforms, and organically reorganize the industrial value chain and create new business value.
