Without the plan of digitalized factories, enterprises may lose competitiveness in the future. There is no exact definition of intelligent manufacturing now, but China's just released intelligent manufacturing development plan (2016-2020) gives a comprehensive and descriptive definition: Intelligent manufacturing is based on a new generation of information communication technology and advanced manufacturing technology depth fusion, throughout the design, production, management, service and other manufacturing activities of each link, have self awareness, self-study, the decision-making, execution, adjust, and other functions of the new mode of production, promote wisdom, can effectively shorten the product development cycle, improve production efficiency and product quality, reduce operating costs and energy consumption of resources, and promote the gen based on Internet, crowdsourcing, raise new formats, such as the new pattern of development. Wisdom with factory with wisdom as the carrier, with key manufacturing intelligence as the core, on the basis of the end-to-end data process, supported by network interconnection characteristics, it points out that the core of intelligent manufacturing technology, management equirements, main functions and economic goals, embodies the wisdom to make the important effects of industrial transformation and upgrading.
