Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to discuss Taiwan grinding machine manufacturing industry, what kind of impacts will face in China market, their competitive strategy, and their responding in the future of China market. To reach this target, First part of this study organized some reference documents and research about customer’s value and competitive advantage. Next part, used the case of Jainnher machine Co., Ltd. Which is a grinding machine manufacturer in Taiwan. In this case, to figure out their current competitive advantage and develop direction, in the meantime a developing course in the future of China market, in this part, this study would discussed the current of Jainnher’s company situation in China first, then used “Porter Five Force Analysis”, “Customer Value Proposition” and SWOT analysis. Through by above methods and discussed the case from Jainnher, in the end of this study intended to find out some results that does Jainnher’s competitive strategy worked out or not. Besides, how it survived in China market which is a keen competition? As a foreign grinding machine manufacturer, does Jainnher have any advantage in China market? To realize these consequences regard as a reference suggestions to Jainnher’s company development and management in the future.
