This study combines the online platform LINE and KM knowledge management system to flip teaching. The model encouraged the new nursing staffs thinking ability within one year to improve the cognition rate of the implementation of SOP by flipping the teaching mode. The purpose of the study is to explore 1. The OR new nursing staff to refer to the use rate of SOP query; 2. The effect of the new staff attendant in the OR before and after the interventional teaching mode. From August 2016 to December 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the nursing staff in the operating room of a teaching Central medical center. It was found that the interventional measures for flipping teaching were carried out, and the independent t test was performed on the data of the pre- and post-test questionnaires.
