In order to respond to changes in the industrial structure, not only in terms of technology, internal operations processes need to be more mobile to meet the needs of customers. In order to enable the company to continue to operate, it is divided into short-term, medium-term and long term goals in the planning companys improvement policy.
This study analyzed the balanced scorecard of fishbone diagram and management strategy, and used the case study method to select paper tube manufacturing as a research case, collect various materials, and explore how to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative work.In order to meet the diversified needs of customers, the quantity is small and refined, the case company combines automation to meet customer needs, achieves production efficiency and quality improvement, reduces manpower and reduces energy use costs, so as to achieve administrative work efficiency.
