machinery manufacturing process to increase production efficiency for reaching
customer needs. Through the organization of information processing model, This
study reduces the need for information processing in vibration machinery
manufacturing processes to standardize manufacturing processes and increase ERP
information processing capabilities to assess organizational performance and
productivity after ERP implementation. Based on case studies, we seek strategies to
increase production efficiency and business performance. The research results show
that the product process and working hours are standardized, the process can be
accurately arranged, the unnecessary waste time is reduced, and the production
efficiency is improved. Secondly, the ERP import can make statistics for each
customer need in the year, and understand the annual demand of each sales and do
next year's forecast. Third, the manufacturing process is set in the ERP, and the
standard process is set up when the group is established, which can reduce the
unreasonable manufacturing process or situation. Fourth, ERP can show the remaining
inventory if it already set the safety stock quantity, and ERP system can make up the
inventory in time according to the production time. Finally, make the product
number of whole machine, including large and small parts, can be catalogued one by
one, and the product can be standardized easily. Manage the work order to arrange the
production process, understand the production time of each activities, and then
arrange the daily workload, so that production order can be submitted on time.
