It is found that there is no current issue for industrial symbiosis. In addition, in the management of raw materials, the use of enterprise resource planning system is not very convenient. When asking about inventory related issues, I feel the uncertainty of warehouse management personnel. In this study, through design thinking methods, the existing system is rectified. Employees are easy to use, and simultaneously produce relevant information, provide predictive mechanisms, reduce disputes caused by internal employees or suppliers because they don't understand or demand a large number of applications, and provide fast information dashboards to make information more transparent. communication. The conclusion of this study is to enable information to be instantly transmitted and updated through the information integration method of the cloud system, so that supervisors and employees can get instant and correct inventory information and establish industrial symbiosis indicators.
