Based on the AHP method, this study explores the assessment and implementation of the impact of bagasse straws on plastics reduction policies to assist in the consolidation of information in related fields and to propose improvements and implementations. It also understands the plastics reduction policy promoted by the Taiwan Environmental Protection Agency and conducts Structured description and discussion, as well as the development process of bagasse straws, to consolidate and explore current technology models, summarizing the application of circular economy in straw products and related issues.
