Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 創新與創業管理碩士學位學程 === 107 === In recent years, platform thinking innovation has gradually swept through various industries, and the innovation model has been constructed through systematic and informational design processes, and existing processes and models have been transformed through information transparency. On the whole, the systematic design process emphasizes the actual operation and the system design method pays attention to the design logic thinking. By comparing the same method with different ones, different design cases can be provided to select and develop the innovation process. Based on platform thinking innovation, this study explores the small fruits and vegetables that need help in Taiwan, collects and integrates their agricultural products, and even makes salads, jams, and juices, so that these high-quality but unattractive crops can be known to the public. Buy, eat, and polish the brand of small farmers. The team members personally visited the farmers, understood the problems encountered by the farmers themselves and the characteristics of the products, selected appropriate marketing methods and promoted them to the fruit and vegetable market, food factories, etc., to help them sell crops at the same price and avoid the middle plate. The exploitation of commerce, the distance from consumers, and even the development of eco-tourism farms, will enable people interested in agriculture to get closer to the industry, and also allow small farmers to generate additional income from existing resources.
