Photo literacy records the history and the ways of the world, moreover, it is a specific type of visual. In addition, photo literacy presents better sensitivities than words, which express timeline, emotions and memories. Both the advancement of imaging technology and refined skills of photographers make photographs present the scenarios as paintings. The visual effects of images can be enhanced through different photography skills, which show creativities of a photographer. On the other hand, image capture establishes a link with the inner world of a photographer creator and brings static images to life. All of these evoke a strong emotion: happiness, nostalgia and sadness. What photo literacy interprets depends on how a photographer uses photography tools. The image display and skills of a photographer tell his or her emotions, views and ideas while the evaluations about his or her works differ among the visitors, the market and the reviewers. In view of this, this research uses the eye tracking function of “Technology Products – Eye Tracker” to understand the responses of the subjects to vision persistence and vision movement. Therefore, photographers create works based on the studies.
