Feng Shui is a basic philosophy and planning and design concept concerning the construction environment of cities, villages, houses, and gardening. It encompasses geography and architecture. Landscape science, psychology, and environmental aesthetics are all in one. With the development of social economy and living standards, the development of the media has been known, and people have gradually deepened their understanding of Feng shui. It also reflects the consumer's demand for residential quality. This study uses hierarchical analysis (AHP) to evaluate the key factors of the optimal residential environment based on Feng Shui. Hierarchical analysis (AHP) is used to determine each level of the Key factor. The first class is the key factor in Feng Shui's best residential environment. There are three evaluation dimensions in the second tier and twelve evaluation metrics in the third tier. The results of this study: After analyzing the structure of this study via AHP, the results are as follows: 1. The order of importance of the five evaluation factors in the second layer of this study is (1) the environmental quality (2) the natural conditions (3) House property. 2. From the results of the third-level evaluation criteria, the level of importance of the third-level assessment factors is ranked, namely: (1) psychological dislike (2) orientation (3) internal structure (4) threat to life security (5) internal quality.
