Japan, Korea and China are the main players in mobile game development. The most mobile games have short lifecycle in this furious competition. However, longevity mobile game presents the steady income of the company and support the company to develop new project.
This study reviewed literatures, defined the longevity mobile game and selected five Asia longevity mobile games to analysis. We classified the updating items and studied the cases by the items and classification to frame the key successful factors of managing a longevity mobile games. Finally, through research, why the products of longevity mobile games can operate in the market for a long time is related to the marketing plan, operation plan and R&D plan of the products in the market. In the operation part of mobile games, the quality of the products is the most important factor for the long-term operation. Good method.
