Under the interaction of extracurricular activities and professional courses, students will have the ability to work in the workplace in the future. The purpose of this study is to discuss the evaluation of learning effectiveness and related factors in the students of the University of Science and Technology, and to compare the differences in students' different life backgrounds in teaching objectives, basic literacy, and professional ability learning. The research content was conducted by the students of the Department of Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health of Daren University of Science and Technology. Questionnaire survey was conducted, and descriptive statistics, single-factor variation analysis, and Scheffe's post-mortem comparison were used for data analysis. The study found that students spend 10-20 hours a week reviewing the coursework to help them grow professionally. At the same time, the needs of the student's license and the situation of the student's license are investigated. It is found that the acquisition rate is low. In the future, the relevant student's license is taken, and relevant measures may be required to assist the student to obtain the license. In addition, whether the planned curriculum can meet the development of related professions, students agree with this view. Finally, it discusses the students' views on the development of core competence in the professional curriculum, and compares it with the core competence of the curriculum set by the teachers. It finds that there are many inconsistencies, and the teachers in the environment can be able to correct the teaching methods, content or core competence in the future.
