碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 環境與職業安全衛生系環境管理碩士班 === 107 === This study investigated the resource recycling status in all townships and cities of Pingtung County and their recycling effectiveness on four major items such as paper, paper containers, aluminum foil bags and plastic containers (including Baote bottles), and also investigated township space development structure and capital. Relevance between factors such as policy and year. The study scope was focused on Pingtung County. The subject matter was explored using SPSS software including descriptive statistics, comparative statistics (related double variable analysis, single factor analysis of variance, post-test analysis (Tukey method). It is understood from the paper that Pingtung County actively cooperates with the Environmental Protection Department of the Executive Yuan to implement different recycling policies. The amount of resource recovery showed a long-term stable upward trend. The resource recycling materials are mainly paper, followed by plastic containers (including Baote bottles). In terms of relevant analysis, the year, township, city, and revenue policies are significantly related to resource recovery, resource recovery, paper, plastic containers (including PET bottles) and aluminum foil packages. In addition to the single factor variation analysis, the years, townships and cities, spatial development framework, policies affect the amount of resource recovery, paper, plastic containers (including Bao special bottles). The results of the recycling policy analysis show that the promotion of various policies has a significant impact on the recovery of resources, the recovery rate and the recycling efficiency of paper and plastic containers (including PET bottles). Research results of this paper could be used for waste management units and future researchers.
