The research was used a questionnaire survey method, depending on the size of the school. Sample survey by scale is to facilitate sampling, and conduct questionnaire data collection. Teachers from 14 senior high schools conduct questionnaires. A total of 365 questionnaires were issued and 288 valid questionnaires actually returned. The effective response rate is 78.90%. Research tools include the “Working Stress Risk Factor Control Scale”, the “Job satisfaction questionnaire” the “Job burnout questionnaire.” The obtained data are described by statistics, Correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The workplace stress management of high school teachers was considered moderate and among the working stress risk factors “Control” control was poor. The job satisfaction and job burnout of high school teachers was considered moderate. 2. The public high school teachers in work stress risk factor “Managers' Support”, “Peer Support” and “Relationships” were low while the job burnout for private school teachers was high. And “Managers’ Support” and “Role” for the teachers who are under thirty five years old was obviously low. 3. There is a significant positive correlation between workplace stress risk factor management and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers. The Workplace stress of senior high school teachers has a significant negative correlation with job burnout. The job satisfaction of senior high school teachers has a significant negative correlation with job burnout. 4. In the work stress risk factors, the "Demands” and “Role” for senior high school teachers has highly predictive effect with job satisfaction, while “Demand” has negative predictive effect. 5. Job satisfaction for senior high school teachers had partial mediation effect on the relationship between control of risk factors for Work-Related Stress and Job Burnout 李金泉 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
