In the modern society of the E generation, the global industrial pattern changes the business model of each country. The internalization of the enterprise requires electronic integration and analysis, and the data of different departments within the enterprise are sorted into useful information for the enterprise to improve competitiveness.
Focus on the development of a more mature electronics industry in Taiwan, some companies manage the internals through the ERP system. After the successful introduction of the ERP system, some functions may still be unused by the enterprise, but it is helpful to the business operation, which prompts the enterprise to use it further. As mentioned in this study, Company A has successfully imported ERP system, but has never used its lot management module.
This study is a case study. For the Company A that has been introduced into the ERP system, the ERP system optimizes the internal management application problems of the enterprise, focusing on how the company A successfully uses the lot number management. This study will simulate the introduction of A company into the lot number management plan:
1. The introduction and application of the "Lot Number Management".
2. The combination of invoicing, production management and lot number management.
3. Abnormal tracking management of “lot number management”.
