Description
Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 107 === Small construction companies, due to limitation of scales, can only undertake several small projects at the same time, and cannot afford to hire a supervisor for each project site. Since project sites are located in many places and each site requires different kinds of labor, it makes the attendance management of this industry very complicated. To efficiently manage multiple project sites simultaneously, modern tools and systems are essential for this industry. This study uses the mobile phone program "386 Time Clock" and "Google Forms" for actual measurement and compares and analyzes with the traditional management method. The measured results are that mobile tools can allow managers to instantly query and monitor daily on-site personnel absences. The new tools can also efficiently settle employee salaries and control project costs.
