Description
Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 107 === Taiwan has been defined as a developing country. For the construction industry, whether it is a private or government agency construction cases, the growth rate of the overall construction cases in Taiwan has tended to ease. However, the number of people who have invested in the architect's practice environment has relatively increased. Therefore, under the circumstance of the gradual decrease in the number of construction cases and the continuous increase in the number of practitioners, Taiwan architects have now tended to use the small architects as the best practice model in order to achieve favorable benefits in order to achieve favorable benefits in this deteriorating practice environment. However, small architect firm often have limited manpower. They often have multiple jobs and double the workload. If the salary and benefits are not proportional to the workload, the turnover rate of the employees is relatively high. Operators usually have to spend more manpower, time and money to educate and train new recruits, especially those who are just new to the workplace. If the company spends too much time cultivating new recruits, it is often difficult to work at the right time and achieve the desired performance, which will lead to new employees to give up the job too early. If the operator can't find the problem as soon as possible, the company's operation will enter a vicious circle, and the overall business will gradually shrink. This study has completed the work flow charts of three stages of the project survey, planning design and construction license application, as well as the overall flow chart of the overall work structure. This study uses a simple work flow chart to enable the firm's operators to shorten the time course for newcomers in the education and training. The inheritance of the work experience of the firm can be continued, so that the new recruits can immediately and quickly understand the business content of the architect firm, and the company can continue to operate.
