M-learning enables users access learning anytime and anywhere through the use of wireless Internet and mobile devices. Individual acceptance of m-learning is crucial for the successful implementation of m-learning systems. Little research was made in investigating the factors that affect adoption of m-learning among users in consumer’ context, especially in developing country such as Russia. Therefore, there is a need to investigate the factors that may affect user intention to use m-learning. Based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2), which integrates elements across eight models of information technology use, this study was to research the factors affecting m-learning adoption. Moreover, as m-learning is still in its early stage, there are people who has no or little experience with m-learning. Thus, we will also investigate if there are differences in results between those who has experience and who has no experience to see which factors has more significance to them in adopting m-learning.
