However, there are quite different factors influencing overseas investment and internal investment in Taiwan, which often makes Taiwan enterprises do not know how to proceed. Therefore, this study will analyze the investment environment of Vietnam and different investment development models by taking Taiwan Company investment in Vietnam as an example. SWOT analysis ,and many more. The purpose of this study is to understand the risks and dilemmas of foreign investment in Vietnam, to develop the development model of Taiwanese investment in Vietnam, and to propose Taiwanese investment in Vietnam. From the results of SWOT analysis, it was found that the early stage of Taiwan Company investment in Vietnam was faced with: I don’t know if the factory location is suitable, Vietnam’s legal system is not understood, Vietnam’s land regulations are unclear, various tax regulations, Vietnamese cultural adaptation, Vietnam’s political environment . Plus, culture, political and economic, language barriers, and other factors. Therefore, this study suggests a new investment development model to avoid these problems. At present, Taiwan companies directly compare the advantages and disadvantages of the Vietnamese investment model and the new investment development model of this research. After the results of the indirect investment comparison of this study, if there is an opportunity to participate in Taiwan companies to interview and cooperate to improve the shortcomings of this research model, this study hopes that the new business development model can solve these problems.
