Under the present educational policy in Taiwan, we try to understand how the students think differently on their lives and how they perceive their future. This study will provide an in-depth understanding on what they want and what they want to learn. Most of the public and private vocational high school students do not have any thoughts for their future. This study explores the influences on these students from the aspect of class management, vocational learning, social participation and personal- oriented learning. This study is verified by questionnaire after an intensive research on related literature. The studied subjects are the first-grade and third-grade vocational school students in the southern region of Taiwan. 400 questionnaires were issued, and 393 were recovered. The recovery rate was 98% which was an effective questionnaire. This questionnaire is based on the stratified random sampling average distribution method and the implementation of the "learning life management mode and future direction" scale test. The data was analyzed through relative coefficients, regression analysis and other statistical methods. We have discovered nine important results from this study: (1) The class management of vocational students has a positive influence on the individual's active learning (attitude). (2) The class management of vocational students has a positive effect on the individual’s self-learning (ability). (3) Vocational learning and social participation have a positive influence on vocational students’ personal oriented learning.
