Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 107 === This study analyzed and synthesized findings from selected studies conducted from 1999 through 2018 regarding effects of school sexual assault prevention education on students’ sexual knowledge in Taiwan. This purpose was achieved using meta-analysis. Twenty-four studies that met selected criteria were included in the meta-analysis. A weighted effect size method developed by Hedges and Olkin was calculated using all studies. The results of the study were as follow: (1)The school sexual assault prevention education program could enhance sexual assault prevention knowledge, attitude, intention of sexual assault prevention behavior, self-efficacy, especially sexual assault prevention knowledge. (2)The moderator analyses indicated that all independent variables except year of publication, time of each intervention and total intervention time were significantly related to effects of sexual assault prevention on students’ sexual assault prevention knowledge, attitude, intention of sexual behavior, self-efficacy. The results of this study have provided some suggestions for government authorities on educational administration, elementary and secondary school leaders and teachers, and ongoing studies on sexual assault prevention.
