Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 電腦與通訊系碩士班 === 107 === In this thesis, the antenna system designs are mainly for 8-inch tablet computer, and their specifications are met the upcoming 5G system with MIMO application and integrated LTE antenna to enable 4G connecting toward 5G. This thesis is divided into three main topics, each of which is an extension of a previous main topic. The first topic is a single element antenna and can effectively excite the operating frequency met for 5G antenna band by feeding a rectangular circuit and a parasitic short-circuit capacitive coupling strip. The second topic is an extension of the first topic, which is a MIMO antenna system. First, the other one with the same antenna element will be placed on the other edge, vertical edge, of the same substrate to form a basic MIMO antenna. Next, the way of mirrored will be introduced in the other edges of the empty, so that a 2 x 2 MIMO antenna system will be created and it can supply a much faster and larger amount of data throughput for 5G communication system. The improvement of the degree of isolation between antennas will be exhaustively discussed The third topic is an enhanced antenna system from the second top, it will be embedded a new LTE antenna and purposed for connecting 4G toward 5G. This LTE antenna consists of a multi-path feeding metal strip to excite the high frequency band, a parasitic short-circuit L-shaped bending metal plate to excite the low frequency band, and a parasitic L-shaped metal strip to improve the impedance matching of the high frequency band, and this LTE antenna can be operated on the LTE 700/2300/2500 bands.
