Therefore, it has gradually become a favorite cultural experience activity of the Chinese people, and has become an important development project of the country, thereby promoting economic development.This study explores the relationship between service design, experience value and recommendation willingness, as an example of the exhibition of VISION GET WILD AWARD.The main purpose is to understand the service design content of the exhibition, whether it brings visitors different experience from the past, and get positive experience value.To increase the satisfaction of the exhibition, and then willing to recommend relatives and friends to come.In addition, I also want to know whether the differences in the personal factors of the visitors will affect the experience value and willingness to recommend the exhibition.In this study, 225 paper questionnaires were issued. After deducting the incomplete questionnaire, the total number of questionnaires was 170.Using statistical software for analysis, it is found that a good service design will bring positive exhibition experience to exhibitors of the exhibition.A good exhibition experience enhances the value of the experience.The higher experience value makes the customer have higher satisfaction with the exhibition and thus the recommendation will increase.The results of this study will also provide an important reference for curating units to curate their activities in the future.
